Nothing has changed. BuildMyBod Health still, through and through, is about price transparency in healthcare and lead generation. However, from time to time, even if the fundamental purpose of the platform is unchanged, the way it’s presented must evolve to better capture the listeners attention. Price transparency and lead generation, while a seemingly basic concept, didn’t have enough pizazz. From the conceptual no-man’s land of price transparency and lead generation came the connection between price transparency and sales funnels, which attracted more interest. With the ubiquity of CRM (customer relationship management), here is yet another attempt to help healthcare providers “get” why lead generation and price transparency are so critical.
BuildMyBod as CRM
The second paragraph on the Wikipedia page for CRM states,
“One important aspect of the CRM approach is the systems of CRM that compile data from a range of different communication channels, including a company’s website, telephone, email, live chat, marketing materials, and more recently, social media. [emphasis added] Through the CRM approach and the systems used to facilitate it, businesses learn more about their target audiences and how to best cater to their needs.”
The bold type above, in a nutshell, explains how useful the BuildMyBod platform is. There is no better way to compile patient data than the promise of giving the consumer their perennial question, “how much does it cost.” And you can capture patient contact information through every channel that question is asked.
Get their contact info when they call the office asking about cost. When they search your website. When they ask about cost on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat (social media).
Then turn around and nurture that newly minted “relationship” through followup phone calls or email newsletters. It brings the customer relationship management cycle full circle when using BuildMyBod as CRM. There are many ways to incentivize the consumer to provide their contact info but nothing works like pricing.
